Job Description

The Dispatch Administrator will play a key role in managing data entry and assisting with dispatch operations. The primary responsibilities include managing driver pay, entering orders into Axon, updating maintenance records, scanning and filing documents (such as PODs), and following up with drivers for accurate pay information. Additionally, the role involves working closely with our Corporate Head Office in Edmonton for account setup and assisting with receivables reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in data entry, accounts invoicing, or dispatch operations is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Axon, TMS, or other transportation software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry:

  • Manage driver pay and ensure correct information is entered into Axon.
  • Enter orders into Axon, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Update maintenance records for trucks and trailers.
  • Scan and file important documents, including PODs (Proof of Delivery).
  • Follow up with drivers for any missing or incorrect pay information.

Accounts & Invoicing:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Head Office to set up new accounts in Axon.
  • Review receivables reports and assist with account maintenance.

Reception & Communication:

  • Perform front desk reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.

Salary

  • $50,000.00 based on experience.
